Whole Milk Powder
We collect our fresh and natural Swiss Milk on a two-day cycle and supply it to one of the most famous dairies in Switzerland. After standardisation and homogenisation, the milk is gently pasteurized, followed by a spray drying process and canned under controlled atmosphere.

How to transport and prepare:
For transportation and storages of this product, refrigeration is not necessary, but we recommend cool (< 20°C) and dry conditions.
For hygienic reasons, only use bottled or boiled off potable water to reconstitute the powder.
Add 145g Whole Milk Powder to 0.9 liter of warm water (50 °C) and stir well to get 1 liter of reconstituted milk.
